Cookie policy

This page explains which cookies and similar data (such as the browser's local storage) the SetupX website uses. Measurement ones are only switched on if you accept them in the banner.

Essential (always on)

The site cannot work without these, so they do not ask for permission:

• My account and Academy session: stored in your browser so you do not have to sign in every time (sx_cuenta, sx_session, sxa_session_token, sxa_pilot_name).
• Your cookie choice (sx_cookies), so we do not ask again for 12 months.
• Support chat: remembers whether you have already seen its welcome message.

Measurement (only if you accept)

They tell us, in aggregate, which parts of the site are used and which ads work:

• Google Analytics and Google tag (Google Ireland Ltd.): visits and site usage.
• Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.): whether a visit comes from an ad and ends in a subscription.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland): heatmaps and anonymous recordings of how people browse, to spot what confuses them.

Third-party services

• Stripe: when you pay, the checkout page belongs to Stripe and uses its own cookies to prevent fraud.
• Fonts: they are hosted on our own servers, so loading the site sends nothing to Google or any other third party.

Change your choice

You can change it anytime with the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer or with this button. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings.
