What you are buying

A subscription to SetupX which, depending on the plan, includes custom setups for Assetto Corsa, the Academy's telemetry analysis and the radio race engineer. What each plan includes is set out on the pricing page, and that is what applies.

Who can subscribe

Any adult with legal capacity. By subscribing you confirm the details you give are yours and are true.

Prices and payment

• Prices on the site are in euros and include any applicable taxes.
• Billing is monthly or yearly depending on your plan, and renews automatically until you cancel.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card.
• If a payment fails we email you and keep your access for a few days while it is sorted out. If it is not, the subscription is suspended.

The free trial

The 7-day SetupX Pro trial asks for no card and turns into nothing: when it ends, it ends. If you want to carry on, you subscribe yourself. During the trial you can request up to 3 setups.

When you get the service

Your account is active immediately. Setups are prepared and delivered to the game as soon as they are ready, usually within minutes. Each lap's analysis appears when you finish it.

How to cancel

From “My account”, in the billing portal, or by writing to setup@setupx.es. There is no minimum term and no penalty. When you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract. However, this service is digital content supplied immediately: by subscribing you expressly ask us to start straight away and acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed, you lose the right of withdrawal (article 103.m of the Spanish consumer protection act).

If you have not used the service and you are within those 14 days, write to setup@setupx.es and we refund you. In practice, if something does not fit, tell us and we fix it or give the money back.

If something goes wrong

Write to setup@setupx.es and a person will answer, normally the same working day.

Changes to the service or the prices

We may change plans and prices. If it affects you we tell you by email before the next charge and you can cancel at no cost.

What we do not promise

SetupX is a tool to go faster in a video game. We work hard to make the setups and the analyses good, but we do not guarantee a particular result on track or in a competition.

Applicable law and complaints

Spanish law applies. As a consumer you may go to the courts of your own domicile and to the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
